I’ve sat on both sides of the room. I’m autistic and ADHD, and before I was the one in the therapist’s chair, I was the nervous one in the waiting room. You can be yourself here.
My practice is dedicated to neurodivergent adults: autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and the ones still figuring it out. Everyone is welcome. You don’t need a diagnosis to be in the room.
I use spiritually integrated, disability-affirmative, and narrative therapy, plus drama- and play-based approaches. All of it is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. You set the pace. I talk back, and we land before you leave. You don’t have to be religious to see me; spirituality only comes in if you bring it.
